Urban Bike Rentals
The perfect way to see Chicago is on two wheels. Whether you are new to cycling and want to try before you buy or you are in town without a bike, a rental bike from Earth Rider is your best option for your city mobility experience. We ride here ourselves and know you want a ride that fits, is in good working order, and at a reasonable price. We rent hybrids, road bikes, ebikes, youth (24 inch wheel) and trailer.

All rental bikes include
Available for free upon request: light, patch kit, bungee, and other accessories. We have a changing room plus you are welcome to leave personal items in our secure storage room while you are out riding.

Renters must have a valid government-issues photo ID and be 18 years of age or older
There is a one-hour rental minimum
Rain checks will be offered in the event of undesirable weather
Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online or via phone until 5pm the day prior.
If your plans change and you need to cancel or modify a reservation, it must be done within 24 hours of the reservations. After 24 hours reservations are final.
Make sure you understand how to operate the equipment prior to renting
