Bike Storage Policy
We want you to ride your bike, not store it at our bike shop! Bikes stored more than 7 days after available for pickup will be charged an additional $10/day. We are not responsible for a bike left over 30 days.
Ebike Service
Due to the specialized nature of ebikes and the propriety motors, batteries, and displays of Direct to Consumer brands sold on the internet, and the non-standard diagnostic tools and spare parts required to service them, we service the electrical system only on the ebikes that we sell or have a service partnership with. We are happy to give you a quote on service of the non-electrical portions of any ebike.

Recommended service intervals
Service intervals specify what should be checked or replaced during that interval. Since most bicycle components have a predictable life span, the objective is to inspect or replace components before they fail during use. These are only guidelines and will vary based on weight and strength of the rider and conditions riden in (i.e. wet, dirt).
